Founder and Clinical Therapist
Brittany Johnson, M.S., LCPC, NCC
| Pronouns: she/her/hers |
I am a clinically trained Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University. My passion and expertise are rooted in helping Black women become their most confident, balanced, authentic, selves.
In addition to my clinical practice, I bring extensive experience in public speaking, community engagement, organizing, and advocacy. Before becoming a licensed clinician, I supported curriculum development for university-level psychology coursework, facilitated project management and coordination of domestic violence and sexual assault reduction initiatives, served as a board member for various high school mentorship programs, and implemented strategic planning to engage college students in campus mental health services under the Department of Justice.
I specialize in empowering clients to reclaim their lives through a holistic approach with an emphasis on personal growth. Through compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I help clients grow their confidence, develop healthy boundaries, and cultivate a mindset of abundance and possibility. Together, we work to unveil their true selves.
I understand that starting therapy can be a daunting step. You deserve a space where you can focus on your own well-being. Imagine a life where you feel balanced, empowered, and truly aligned with who you are. If you're ready to, I invite you to reach out. Let's take this transformative step together, and build the fulfilling, authentic life you deserve.
